At OLL, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our students, teachers, staff, and visitors on our campus. This year, we have an opportunity to invest in the safety and well-being of all who enter OLL by supporting this year’s Fund-a-Need.
Our Fund-a-Need will support OLL for years to come through:
- Ensuring Access to OLL's Catholic Education: Laker Scholarship Fund – Tuition Assistance One of the true blessings of OLL is our support for one another, especially as some in our school community are facing tremendous financial challenges due to the pandemic. A portion of the gifts to our Fund-a-Need support the Laker Scholarship Fund, which enables us to say “YES” to families who desire a high-quality Catholic education but are unable to afford the full cost of tuition. With your support, we can make that gift of Catholic education possible.
- Upgraded Schoolwide Paging System Sending out emergency alert messages through a loudspeaker system that reaches every corner of our school is absolutely essential for the safety of our school community.
- Improved Window Coverings During an emergency, it’s critical that teachers and staff can quickly and easily close window blinds or cover door windows.
- Access Security In the midst of any incident, teachers and staff need to be able to lock their classroom doors from the inside so that they can stay out of potential harm’s way. Upgrading door locks will make this possible.
